NETWORK SHARING UTILITY 3.9.1 - APP MODE
========================================

Start with:
  Launch_NetworkSharingUtility_GUI.vbs

AUTO PILOT DHCP
- Converts the primary active adapter to DHCP.
- Obtains IPv4, gateway, and DNS automatically from the router.
- Applies the recommended private sharing configuration.
- Forces a restart after successful completion.

AUTO PILOT IPv4
- Uses the currently detected IPv4 address as a static address.
- Uses the detected prefix, gateway, and DNS settings.
- Applies the recommended private sharing configuration.
- Forces a restart after successful completion.

Both modes create a backup, attempt a restore point, preserve PC identity,
keep guest sharing disabled, and show a detailed confirmation first.

VERSION 3.6.1 VERIFICATION
- AUTO PILOT IPv4 overrides the worker plan to static mode.
- Success requires DHCP to read back as Disabled.
- Success requires the selected IPv4 address origin to read back as Manual.
- AUTO PILOT DHCP requires DHCP to read back as Enabled.
- A verification failure stops the operation before the forced restart.

NEW IN 3.7.0
- About page matching other MusPc.com projects.
- MusPc.com 2026 and info@muspc.com identity and licensing details.
- Reset network settings button with detailed warning and pre-reset backup.
- Network reset removes and reinstalls Windows networking components and
  requires a restart.
- Static IPv4 and DNS choices are also written through the persistent Windows
interface configuration so Windows Settings and ipconfig agree after refresh.

NEW IN 3.8.0
- Backup current network settings action under Backups and recovery.
- Manual backup runs through the live background progress window.
- Reset network settings cannot begin unless its automatic backup succeeds.
- Dashboard action buttons use compact fixed-width two-line labels so they fit
at the minimum supported window size.

NEW IN 3.9.0
- AUTO PILOT DHCP confirmation compares detected current settings with the
exact DHCP, DNS, profile, sharing, backup, and restart settings to apply.
- AUTO PILOT IPv4 confirmation compares detected current settings with the
exact static IPv4, prefix, gateway, DNS, and sharing settings to apply.
- Reset network settings confirmation compares the current adapter state with
the Windows defaults and re-detection expected after restart.
- No dashboard network-changing action begins before its comparison is shown
  and explicitly confirmed.

NEW IN 3.9.1
- Auto Pilot DHCP, Auto Pilot IPv4, Reset Network Settings, backup restoration,
and the guided wizard Review page now display this recovery advice:
If the app fails, closes unexpectedly, or loses connectivity during the
operation, restart the PC and try again.

Save all open work before confirming either Auto Pilot mode.
Keep all five application files together in this folder.
